We bought a caravan from Anthony and his family a couple of weeks ago. We are first time caravaners and the family we’re do helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They explained everything we needed to know and we’re so courteous at all times. No question was a silly question!!! Really happy with the amazing service we received and now look forward to our happy days in our first caravan. First glass service throughout our experience.

What a wonderful service.I am an oap I've had more caravans than I can remember but I have never met such a lovely family they were so helpful no pressure just tremendous service.

My wife and I bought our first caravan this week, after looking round the site the previous weekend. We took family along who have their own caravan just to help us have some idea of what to look for. Anthony and his brother couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us plenty of time to look around the available stock, providing cups of tea and being on hand to answer any questions we had. They sent videos showing how to operate everything in our caravan and when we returned to collect it they again provided advice and assistance, checking our hook up worked. We never felt under any pressure to buy, or to rush our decision. Anthony even answered a text out of hours to clarify something we needed for insurance purposes. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently bought a swift 2 berth caravan from Broomfield.
They were so helpful, friendly and patient, it was my first caravan and I was completely baffled by it all.
Anthony and everyone at Broomfield’s spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked, what i needed and gave me great advice. They made me feel welcome with cups of tea and let me take my time looking over everything.
I have been to several caravan sales sites who didn’t seem to have any customer care, so it was a big relief when I found these guys, I knew I would be buying from them.
I’m excited to try out my new purchase! Wonderful experience!

We purchased a Bailey Brindisi from this lovely family over the weekend. Anthony and Tony were very welcoming and knowledgeable, even tea and biscuits on arrival. Our caravan is amazing, we love it. The service from theses guy is A1, and we highly recommend anyone giving them a call or visit if you are wanting a great service and a great caravan. The little videos are great and full of info of how everything works in your caravan, explains where everything is etc, and saves time if we were unsure about anything - just watch the video.. Job Done!! We will surely visit again when we want to change our van, {it won't be for awhile though}.. So a BIG thank you to Anthony for answering all our questions and to everyone else. It was a pleasure..

Just bought my second caravan from Broomfield Caravans. Decided to go back because they are so helpful and professional. I never felt pressured to buy but always feel fully informed and valued. I do love the videos that show how everything works, such a useful resource.

Very positive experience. No high pressure sales and Anthony was welcoming, friendly and approachable. Answered our questions and showed us around. It was a really positive experience, a family run business where everyone was really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we understood how the caravan worked. After having our caravan being wrote of we decided to buy another one. We found a van we liked at Broomfield's Anthony showed two that we thought would be just right he left us to look at them nice cup of coffee. Anthony was so helpful nothing was to much so now we have a nice new van. This is the place to go .

Great doing business with this family run company. We cannot say how comfortable Anthony made us feel throughout the whole process. Jack was very informative with lots of information and videos of setting up the new van. On collection they offered to tow our new van through the narrow country lane to the A20, which was a huge help. Thanks to you all and we look forward to many happy holidays.

Our experience with Brookfield/ Lenham caravans in Kent has been exemplary. From the first telephone call, the visit to the site and subsequent purchase of our caravan, everything has been perfect. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with as was his Father and brother who delivered the caravan to us. A few days after delivery we discovered the cap was missing from our cassette toilet. A quick message and one had been ordered and sent out to us promptly. A fantastic family business we would be very happy to recommend.

It was a real pleasure meeting Anthony and his Dad. We bought a great little caravan which we are really happy with. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Anthony is a credit to his family business. He is so genuine and honest. We noticed one of the side light bulbs wasn't working when we collected the caravan and a few days later a new one arrived in the post. What a fantastic family run business. This was our 1st caravan and Anthony was very helpful when we went to view. We were left alone to look at the van with no pressure selling what so ever. They also sent videos on how all the items in the van worked which is a great idea. And the icing on the cake was the great delivery service by Anthony's Dad and Brother. Delivered in one piece and on time. We can't recommend them enough. I will definitely buy from them again in the future and have already passed there details on to friends and family. Thank you guys it was a pleasure doing business with you all.

Recently bought our first caravan from these guys. What a lovely family they were fantastic from start to finish, as it was our first van they spent more than 3 hours with us showing us our different options, explaining everything in detail and continued to do so through messages once we had left. The WhatsApp video was invaluable had all the information we needed on how our caravan worked. Thank you very much Brookfield we highly recommend and will be back to see you when we upgrade.

Lenham Caravans, what can we say, as complete novices looking to buy our very first caravan, Anthony, Jack and dad Tony could not have been more friendly and helpful. Anthony was so patient and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Jack made a video explaining how all the appliances worked, which he did on Whatsapp so we could keep for future reference. Dad Tony was amazing in sorting out our tow ball, We feel they all went that extra mile to give us confidence and encourage us on our new adventure.
It was a pleasure doing business with this lovely family. We love our new Bailey Unicorn and would not hesitate to recommend Lenham Caravans to anyone looking to buy a caravan.

As first time caravaners we found Broomfield Caravans to be helpful and informative. A very COVID safe attitude was taken by Anthony. We were left to view the caravans alone but Anthony was on hand to answer any questions. Our caravan was delivered by Broomfield Caravans to our site in Suffolk where the final handover took place. We have since been away in our new to us caravan and everything worked as expected.

From the very first call with Rachel we have had fantastic service. Rachel, Anthony and Jack went out of their way to be helpful, but gave us plenty of space and time to look at the caravans and discuss what we thought with each other. We had enquired at a few traders, and they were the only company that could be bothered to call back! Jack made an excellent and informative video to explain the workings of the caravan, which we really appreciated .
Rachel made sure that any niggles we had were dealt with , and nothing was too much trouble.

I'd like to share the amazing experience Anthony and his partner provided me. They are a family run business and are very professional, friendly and supporting. Anthony was very patient with me, answering all my never-ending questions during my visit but also via WhatsApp after my visit. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the purchase of a caravan due to personal unexpected circumstances and even there Anthony and his partner were very understanding and supportive. This meant the world to me in those difficult times and I could not recommend them enough. The day I am ready to buy a caravan again I will go to them. There aren't many businesses with a human touch nowadays and I want to say a big thank you to them here.

what an amazing family business, buying a caravan during a pandemic is not the easiest thing to do but buy we did, we had in mind what we wanted to buy, spoke to Anthony who said yeah i can do that and do he did we had a wait but was reassured that it was coming in, then the phone call came, we were given time to look round the caravan at our leisure, no hard sale, lovely lovely people, the van was perfect, because they could not show us everything working [ due to social distancing ] we were sent a video [ thanks Jack ] which i have to say we have looked at many times, very handy, would totally recommend this company, was a pleasure meeting you all

We picked up our first caravan from Broomfield Caravans yesterday, Anthony and Jason were fantastic. We were left to look over there stock of Caravans with no pressure but Anthony was available to answer all of our questions and helped by giving advice about the two vans we could choose between, eventually a decision was made and a deposit paid. Collection was arranged after 5pm which was very helpful due to the hour or so drive to their site. Due to covid restrictions rather than having a personal demonstration Jason sent over very comprehensive videos showing how everything worked on our selected van. Even with this both Anthony and Jason were there to talk us through everything and answer any last minute questions we had. Over all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caravan.
